This project explores the balance between suburbia and urbanism, drawing from historical
precedents to address modern challenges. It aims to introduce greater density into suburban
neighborhoods without compromising the fundamental appeal and purpose of suburban living.
By strategically utilizing underused spaces, such as oversized front yards, the proposal
reimagines traditional layouts to create more e昀케cient and community-focused environments.
