Program Along The Street
Think about the preexisting urban boundaries that are
shown through roads and sidewalks. By designing along
the edge of the boundary vistors can now feel a
hightend sense of defined edges
Splitting The Perimeter
The split in the perimeter creates a primary space for
guest to occupy and further highlights the urban edge.
Extruding For Means of Egress
The site is further split to allow for multiple means of Egress,
this creates more circulation throughout the project.
Dividing The Space Into Two Parts
The site openings is divided into two parts when a extrusion is added.
Instead of one large opening the site now contains a large open space
and a small intimate one.
